NAPSA Denies Being Directed to Finance Lusaka–Ndola Dual Carriageway
The National Pension Scheme Authority has pushed back on claims it was ordered by government to fund the $650 million Lusaka–Ndola road project, saying its $300 million commitment followed independent due diligence.
